DIAGNOSIS

InterMaster Consultores evaluates the relevant areas of the company as well as the Client’s Expectations and identifies the current situation by presenting a Project proposal containing:

  • The objectives and Potential of Results
  • Our fees
  • Payback – return on investment of the Project
  • A work schedule containing all activities to be performed.

PROJECT

Through the proposed Project, prepared at the Diagnostic stage, InterMaster Consultores starts implementation with full involvement of the client, who will have the opportunity to accompany them in all their phases, through weekly meetings of progress.
